- Original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact
- The return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
02 — Non-Returnable Items

Hair products cannot be resold once used—this policy ensures safety for all customers.

Returns are approved only after verification.
04 — Return Pickup & Shipping
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where serviceable)
- In non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to ship the product back

- The product must be securely packed before return
