01 — Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Mandatory Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

02 — Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products with tampered packaging or broken seals
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Hair products cannot be resold once used—this policy ensures safety for all customers.

03 — Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images or video of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Returns are approved only after verification.

04 — Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where serviceable)
  • In non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to ship the product back
  • Return shipping instructions will be shared by our team

  • The product must be securely packed before return
  • Any damage during return transit due to poor packaging may affect eligibility

05 — Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount is credited to the original payment method

For COD Orders

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
