Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Certain products require additional preparation time:
- Custom wigs, toppers, or density adjustments: 2–5 business days
- Shade matching or styling customization: up to 7 business days
You will be informed in advance if your order falls under this category.

We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.

- Select remote and rural regions
If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you promptly.

- Customers are notified prior to delivery
- If delivery fails due to:

The order may be returned to our facility.
Re-shipping
