Welcome to Hairzo. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://www.hairzo.com  including purchases of human hair wigs, hair toppers, hair patches, hair extensions and related products.

The website is operated by Hairzo, trading as Hairzo, with its registered office at Bangalore, India.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Hairzo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operating business identified above. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any applicable Custom Orders Agreement.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

• You may use our website only in accordance with applicable law.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Where a purchase for a minor is permitted, it must be handled by a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, creating an account or contacting our team.

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful activities, payment fraud or impersonation.
• Submit false, misleading or unauthorised payment or delivery information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, accounts, systems or customer information.
• Interfere with website security, functionality or other customers' use of our services.
• Copy, scrape or commercially exploit website content in a manner that violates our rights or applicable law.

• Where we reasonably suspect fraud, security abuse or unlawful activity, we may take proportionate protective measures, including verification, restricting access or cancelling an order where permitted by law.

2. Our Products and Product Information

• Hairzo offers human hair wigs, toppers, patches, extensions and related hair solutions.

• We aim to describe our products accurately, including their composition, length, colour, texture, density, construction, dimensions, processing and care requirements, as applicable to each product.

• Human hair is a natural material and may exhibit variations in strand thickness, texture, wave pattern, colour response and styling behaviour. Product-specific specifications and material limitations will be disclosed where relevant.

• Natural variation does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description, agreed specifications or applicable legal requirements.

Colour, photographs and measurements

• We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product photographs and descriptions. The appearance of colour may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography and the natural characteristics of human hair.

• Measurements, lengths and density may vary according to the product type and measurement method described on the product page.

3. Pricing, Taxes and Offers

• Product prices will be displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website or at checkout. INR may be used for India-facing transactions, while international customers may see other currencies where supported.

• Prices and promotional offers may change prospectively. The price and applicable charges presented for your order at checkout will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law and correction of genuine pricing errors.

• The final checkout information will identify applicable product charges, delivery fees and taxes to the extent required by law and supported by the transaction.

• Our factory-direct approach aims to offer quality hair solutions at competitive prices. Any comparative pricing, savings, discount or product-quality claim will be presented honestly and supported where required.

• Promotional offers may have specific eligibility criteria, validity periods, product exclusions or minimum purchase requirements. These conditions will be disclosed with the offer.

4. Orders, Acceptance and Availability

• Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the applicable terms.

• An automated order confirmation confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance unless expressly stated.

• We may need to verify payment, availability, delivery information or suspected fraudulent activity before processing an order.

Where permitted by law, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

• The product is unavailable or discontinued.
• Payment has not been authorised or completed.
• Material information supplied for the order is inaccurate.
• There is a reasonable and documented concern about fraud or unauthorised payment.
• A genuine pricing, technical or listing error affects the order.

• If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will notify you and issue any refund required by law. We will not use this clause to avoid fulfilling an accepted order without a lawful basis.

• Any change to an accepted order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, with the customer's agreement.

5. Payments and Cash on Delivery

• Available payment methods may include UPI, credit or debit cards, supported online payment services and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

• Payment options depend on the customer's location, the order and the payment services available at checkout.

• For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully authorised or completed before dispatch, subject to the applicable payment process.

• For COD orders, payment must be completed through the available delivery process. We may conduct reasonable order verification where permitted by law and carrier requirements.

6. Shipping, Delivery and International Orders

• Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

• Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed, and may be affected by customs inspections, weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions and other events outside ordinary fulfilment operations.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and should notify us promptly of an address error. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

• For international orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and customs clearance requirements may apply. Responsibility for these charges will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable shipping terms.

• If a parcel is lost, damaged, incorrectly delivered or marked as delivered but not received, please contact support@hairzo.com  We will review available tracking and delivery evidence and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Hygiene

• Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of the terms applicable to your purchase.

• Because wigs, toppers, patches and extensions are personal-use products, certain items may be subject to hygiene-related restrictions for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

• Product-specific requirements may include retaining designated hygiene seals, security ties, tags, protective components and original packaging. Products that have been worn, installed, altered, chemically treated or had a designated hygiene seal broken may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return where lawful.

• However, hygiene restrictions do not automatically remove rights or remedies concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

• Custom-made and personalised products may be subject to additional terms, including lawful restrictions on change-of-mind cancellation after production begins. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

• Please review the Return & Refund Policy before ordering. If you identify a problem with your product, contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue.

8. Custom-Made and Personalised Products

• Certain Hairzo products may be manufactured or customised according to individual measurements, colour preferences, density, cap construction, hairline design or other customer specifications.

• For applicable custom orders, the customer must review and approve the final written specifications before production begins.

• Requests for changes after approval may affect the price, production schedule or feasibility of the order. We will communicate material changes and obtain approval where required.

• Natural material variation and agreed manufacturing tolerances may apply, but a custom product must still comply with its agreed specifications and applicable legal requirements.

• Cancellation, deposit, production, delivery and return conditions for personalised products will be set out in our Custom Orders Agreement or the relevant order confirmation.

9. Product Installation, Styling and Aftercare

• Human hair products may require appropriate fitting, installation, styling, maintenance and removal.

• Customers should follow the product-specific care instructions and use suitable tools, products and installation methods. Where professional installation is appropriate, we recommend using a suitably qualified stylist or hair-system professional.

• Excessive heat, bleaching, dyeing, chemical processing, unsuitable adhesives, improper removal, friction and inadequate maintenance may damage the hair product or a hair-system base.

• To the extent permitted by law, Hairzo is not responsible for damage demonstrated to have resulted from improper installation, misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow applicable care instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

• Hairzo's original website content, branding, logos, product descriptions, graphics, photographs and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or use these materials to promote competing products without the necessary permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

• Third-party trademarks, names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

• Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Hairzo's intellectual property to a customer. Any permission to use our content must be granted expressly by the relevant rights holder.

11. Reviews, Testimonials and Customer Content

• If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content to Hairzo, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

• Any permission granted to Hairzo to use customer-submitted content must be obtained on appropriate terms and in accordance with applicable privacy and consumer laws.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

• Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

• Depending on how you interact with the website, relevant information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, customer-support services, analytics providers and advertising platforms.

• Cookies and similar technologies will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable consent requirements and the privacy controls made available to customers.

• We take reasonable steps to protect personal information but cannot guarantee that internet-based systems are completely secure.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

• Our website may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, courier services, Shopify applications and external websites.

• Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Hairzo does not control every aspect of a third party's systems or operations.

• This does not remove any responsibility Hairzo has under applicable law for its own services, representations or contractual obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hairzo will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and were not otherwise recoverable under applicable law.

• Where legally permitted, Hairzo's liability for a particular claim may be limited to the remedies available under the applicable contract and law, having regard to the nature of the claim and the circumstances.

• No limitation in these terms applies to the extent it would unlawfully exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion, or other non-excludable liability.

15. Fraud Prevention and Payment Disputes

• Hairzo may use reasonable verification and security procedures to identify suspected unauthorised transactions, payment fraud, impersonation and misuse of the website.

• Where appropriate, we may request additional verification, review order information or cancel an order where permitted by law.

• If a payment dispute or chargeback arises, we may provide relevant transaction, order, dispatch, delivery and customer-communication records to the payment provider for investigation.

• Customers may contact support@hairzo.com, to resolve an issue, but contacting Hairzo first is not a condition for exercising a statutory right to dispute a payment or raise a consumer complaint.

16. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our products, services, technology, business practices or legal obligations.

• The revised version will be published with an updated effective date. Unless otherwise required by law, changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively remove rights or alter an existing order without a lawful basis.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the transaction.

• Disputes may be brought before a court or consumer forum having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to prevent a customer from exercising a mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where that right applies.Customers may first contact Hairzo to seek an informal resolution. This does not restrict any statutory complaint, consumer forum or other legal remedy.
